How time flies…
It’s been almost three months since my last post. Quite time indeed. A lot of things happened! I really wanted to write about it; sometimes not enough free time, and when I had it I wasn’t in the mood…
Getting into my day-a-day again, after spending almost a whole month visiting and unknown country and meeting with so-different people and habits, is always tough. And when you land on your city again, reality hits you with a huge hammer hard enough to get you knocked…at least for a while until you realize that your free time is over and you have to find the way not to fall into the routine…
But, as always, I try to think about the good things I have enjoyed. You know? Being able to do that – to move abroad for a while at least once a year – makes me think about the importance of spending wasting my time working eleven months a year: a sacrifice that pays my travelings, and those voyages allow me to learn about others…and the most important: about myself.
Journeys that – above everything – makes me the most wealthy man on earth.
I never gave up, so I have done something to on this respect: in order to get my time back I designed my own clock. From now on I decided to run my own time. That’s how I’ll fight my schedules as well as my early wake-ups…
…click over my clock to follow my steps and, above all, always remember that: never let your ‘tempus fugit’!.
“Calendars and clocks exist to measure time,
but that signifies little because we all know that an hour
can seem as eternity or pass in a flash, according to how we spend it.”
Momo, Michael Ende.
